The primary objective of the Campus Placement is to provide a platform for the young Company Secretaries and to offer best talent available to the Corporates.

Role Requirements for ICSI Campus Placement Drive

Knowledge of listing process & capital market. Worked as company secretary or in the secretarial department, interactions with exchanges and regulatory authorities.

Purpose of the role for ICSI Campus Placement Drive

To support in execution of the listing processes for IPO and further issue processes w.r.t. compliance with guidelines/ regulations of NSE, SEBI and other regulatory authorities. To build relationship with listed companies and merchant bankers. To keep self-updated on the developments/ changes in rules, regulations, circular and notification by regulatory bodies.

1. Final selection / placement (function / department) will be decided by the NSE interview panel based on purely eligibility & competency.

2. Merely registering for the Placement Drive by filling up the registration form does NOT guarantee selection or interview of any candidate.
