IDEX Recruitment 2023: The Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) is seeking applications from eligible and willing candidates for the post of Program Executive on a contract basis for a period of 02 years. According to the official notification of IDEX Recruitment 2023, there are 05 vacant seats for the above-mentioned post. The maximum age limit is 30 years to apply for the given post. The selected candidates should get a monthly salary of Rs.100000.
As per the official notification of IDEX Recruitment 2023, the selection process will be based on a personal interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. In accordance with the official notification of IDEX Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly consolidation of Rs.100000 out of which Rs.20000 would be performance-based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.10000 per month subject to satisfactory performance.
As per the official notification of IDEX Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 02 years but extended up to 05 years. In case a person leaves before the completion of two years, he/she will not get any work certificate.
According to the official notification of IDEX Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
