IGNOU Announces Guidelines and Instructions for June-2024 Term-End Examinations
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released detailed guidelines and instructions for the submission of online examination forms exclusively for students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) as well as online programs. These instructions pertain to both Pen & Paper Mode and Computer Test (CBT) Mode for term-end examinations (TEE), project submissions, and practical examinations scheduled for June 2024.
The last date for online submission of exam forms for TEE June 2024 is set as March 31, 2024, without incurring any late fees.
The June-2024 Term-End Examinations for ODL & Online Programs (Pen & Paper and CBT Mode) are slated to commence on June 1, 2024.
The online link for submission of examination forms, projects, and practical examinations is now active, along with the comprehensive schedule and necessary guidelines. Eligible students are urged to promptly submit their examination forms by adhering to the provided instructions and guidelines.
Furthermore, effective from the January 2023 admission cycle onwards, the University has introduced Project Evaluation Fees and Practical Examination Fees for programs incorporating project and practical components. Students admitted from the January 2023 cycle onwards are required to submit the prescribed online fees for project evaluation and practical examinations alongside the TEE on the designated portal.
Schedule to Submit Online Examination Form: March 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024 (up to 6 PM) (Online)
Prescribed Fee for Student Admitted till December 2022 Admission Cycle: Rs. 200 per course (Theory and Practical/Lab courses)
Examination Fee: Rs. 200 per theory course
Practical Fees:
Up to 4 Credits: Rs. 300 per course
Above 4 Credits: Rs. 500 per course
Project Fees:
Up to 4 Credits: Rs. 300 per course
Above 4 Credits: Rs. 500 per course
*The late fee remains unchanged.
Note: The University will endeavour to accommodate students in their chosen examination centers. However, it reserves the right to shift students to alternative centres if necessary.
