IHB Recruitment 2022: IHB Limited has invited applications from candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the positions of Senior Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Engineer/ Officer for a one-year contract in the Head Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, or at Construction Sites in various districts of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the IHB Recruitment 2022 Advertisement. Candidates deemed to have met the Eligibility Criteria specific to the Posts may apply per the Instructions available on IHB Recruitment 2022. For Posts 01-06: Senior Manager, Deputy Manager Engineers in the Departments of Operations & Maintenance, Health, Safety & Environment, and Information Technology:
A four-year full-time regular engineering degree, Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Science (Engg.) in the relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks from any of the AICTE recognized institutes or a University Grants Commission recognized university.
Manager and Officer in the Human Resources Department:
A two-year full-time MBA/Degree Master’s or Post-Graduate Diploma in the Affiliated Subject with at least 60% marks from any Business School/Institute or University duly recognized by the Government of India is required.
Deputy Manager and Officer in the Finance Department (Posts 09 and 10):
Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA / CMA) is required.
Deputy Manager in the Company Secretary & Legal Department for 11 Posts:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline from a Recognized University with Company Secretary Qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Associate/Fellow Membership in the ICSI.

Selected candidates will be appointed as Officer/Engineer/Dy.Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager in Head Office/Projects/Construction will initially be on probation for one year. Candidates will be assigned to the Kandla Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline’s head office/construction sites in Noida, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, and Varanasi. The indicated locations are provisional, and field relocation is expected during the construction period. Following the completion and commissioning of the project, the executives will be assigned to pipeline operating locations or the Company’s headquarters, depending on the needs of the company. Service confirmation will be based on an evaluation and assessment of performance during the probation period. Those who fail to meet the required performance standards will have their probation period extended by 6 months, and further action will be taken in accordance with the Company’s policy.
