IICA Recruitment 2022: The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar has established as an
autonomous institution and has been registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860) by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Government of India).
IICA is hiring candidates for the Chair Professor post on a contractual basis. There is only 01 vacancy for this post. The maximum age limit to apply is 70 years. The duration/ period of engagement will be 03 years. The candidate must have a consistently good academic record with at least 60% marks in a Master’s degree in a relevant/ allied/ concerned discipline or equivalent and an eminent scholar with a Ph.D. or Fellow of IIMs in the concerned/ allied/relevant discipline. The salary will be up to Rs. 200000 per month.

Chair Professor
The maximum age limit to apply is 70 years.
(i)Consistently good academic record with at least 60% marks in Master’s degree in a relevant/allied/concerned discipline or equivalent;
(ii) An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. or Fellow of IIMs in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
(iii) Actively engaged in research with evidence of published work of high quality with a minimum of 10 publications as peer-review International journals duly cited by other peers and professionals.
(iv) A minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/industry/research/professional.
OR
In the event, the candidate is from Industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:
(a) Consistently good academic record with at least 60% marks in Master’s Degree in a relevant/ allied/concerned discipline or equivalent;
(b) An outstanding professional with an established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge and practice in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.
(c) The candidate should have significant professional work experience which can be recognized at the national/international level as equivalent to Ph.D. and 12 years of relevant/allied experience in industry/profession. (Provided that the recognition for significant professional work shall be valid only if the same is recommended unanimously by a 3-Member Committee of Experts appointed by the Chairman, Board of Governors).
The salary will be up to Rs. 200000 per month.
