IICA Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is seeking interested and eligible candidates for the positions of Finance Officer-Company Secretary and Finance Officer-IICA is currently accepting applications. There are 02 openings for the specified roles, according to the official IICA Recruitment 2024 announcement. A monthly salary of Rs.100000 would be given to the chosen individuals. For a duration of one year, the engagement is made under contract. A first-class graduate degree in commerce, an MBA in finance, a CA licence, an ICWA certification, eight years of experience in a managerial or administrative role in the public or private sector, and an Associate Membership in ICS are requirements for the application.

The applicant must meet the following criteria for their application to be considered for IICA Recruitment 2024:
Finance Officer (Company Secretary):
The applicant must be an Associate Member of ICS.
Experience:
The candidate needs to have 8 years of experience after their educational requirements.
The candidate should possess exceptional knowledge of Company (and related) Law and its application, including Secretarial Standards; a solid understanding of applicable laws to a company in order to report to the Board on a regular basis; excellent communication skills; specialisation in drafting with the ability to understand and convey the content succinctly; and current knowledge of new developments in the areas of work of a CS.
Desirable:
The applicant must have experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies with a similar work profile. Qualities expected are keenness in learning, readiness to meet work exigencies without hesitation, commitment to work, professionalism in approach, and the capability to handle all the work independently expected of a Company Secretary.
Finance Officer:
Experience in government, PSUs, or autonomous organisations with comparable job profiles is required of the applicant. A company secretary should possess the following qualities: a strong desire to learn, the capacity to handle all tasks autonomously, a commitment to work, professionalism in approach, and the ability to meet deadlines without any difficulty.
Experience:
The candidate must possess previous experience in managing academic institutions, finances, human resources, or corporate affairs.
The selected applicants for IICA Recruitment 2024 will be employed on a contract basis, with the appointment lasting one year if it is not further extended or reduced.
Written exams and interviews will be conducted to decide the IICA Recruitment 2024 selection process. No TA or DA will be given for showing up for the interview. The candidates who made the shortlist will receive information later on the date, time, and location of the selection process.
