Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Finance Officer- Company Secretary and Finance Officer. There are 02 openings to be filled for IICA Recruitment 2024.

Salary for IICA Recruitment 2024:

The chosen candidates for IICA Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs.100000.

Qualification and Experience for IICA Recruitment 2024:

To apply for IICA Recruitment 2024, the applicant must have the required qualifications and experience as mentioned below-

For Finance Officer (Company Secretary)-

• The applicant must be an Associate Member of ICS.

Experience-

• The applicant must have Eight years of post-qualification experience.
• The applicant must have excellent knowledge of Company (and related) Law and its application including Secretarial Standards, a good grasp of applicable laws to a Company so as to report to the Board periodically, very good communication, capability especially in drafting with power to grasp and express the content succinctly, up-to-date on new developments in the areas of work of a CS.

Desirable-

• The applicant must have experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies with a similar work profile. Qualities expected are keenness in learning, readiness to meet work exigencies without hesitation, commitment to work, professionalism in approach, and with capability to handle all the work independently expected of a Company Secretary.

For Finance Officer-

• The applicant must have at least a 1st Class Graduate Degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA with 8 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in government or in the public or the private sector.

Experience-

• The applicant must have experience in Corporate Affairs or managing academic institutions/financial management/human resource management.

Tenure for IICA Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for IICA Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 01 year, if otherwise not extended or curtailed.

Selection Process for IICA Recruitment 2024:

The selection of IICA Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of a written test and interview. There will be no TA/DA for attending the interview. The date, time and venue of the selection process will be communicated later to the shortlisted candidates.
