Qualification and Experience for IICA Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to IICA Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For Finance Officer (Company Secretary)-

• The candidate should be an Associate Member of ICS.

Experience-

• The candidate should have Eight years of post-qualification experience.
• The candidate should possess excellent knowledge of Company (and related) Law and its application including Secretarial Standards, a good grasp of applicable laws to a Company so as to report to the Board periodically, very good communication, capability especially in drafting with power to grasp and express the content succinctly, up-to-date on new developments in the areas of work of a CS.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies with a similar work profile. Qualities expected are keenness in learning, readiness to meet work exigencies without hesitation, commitment to work, professionalism in approach, and with capability to handle all the work independently expected of a Company Secretary.

For Finance Officer-

• The candidate should have at least a 1st Class Graduate Degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA with 8 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in government or in the public or the private sector.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in Corporate Affairs or managing academic institutions/financial management/human resource management.

Salary for IICA Recruitment 2024:

The candidates who are selected for IICA Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly consolidated fee of Rs.100000.

Tenure for IICA Recruitment 2024:

The engagement of IICA Recruitment 2024 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year, if otherwise not extended or curtailed.
