NCLAT Recruitment 2024: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is looking for applications from young, vibrant and dynamic candidates for the position of Law Research Associate on a contract basis. There are a total of 24 vacancies available for the mentioned post. The candidate should be a Graduate in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law under the 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from any school, college, university, or institute established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as an Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court. The upper age limit of the candidates should not be more than 30 years old.
Referring to the official notification of NCLAT Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates for this post will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000. The selected candidates will be posted at the Principal Bench, New Delhi and the Chennai Bench, Chennai. The period of the appointment is 1 year, which may be extendable.
