IIM Recruitment 2023: Pay Scale up to Level 10, Check Posts, Eligibility, and How to Apply
IIM Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kashipur is inviting applications from eligible Staff Members of the Institute for non-teaching positions including Administrative Officer and Administrative Executive to be filled through Internal Career Advancement. There are two vacancies for the Posts in total, one for each.
According to the IIM Recruitment 2023 notification, eligible candidates may forward their duly filled-in form on or before 05:30 PM on 23.01.2023 to the Personnel Department, Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. The last date for submission of the application is 23.01.2023 (05.30 PM).
As per the IIM Recruitment 2023 notification, the post names is mentioned below:
1. Administrative Officer – 01
2. Administrative Executive – 01
For Administrative Officer:
As per IIM Recruitment 2023 Notification, the position is open to staff members who have rendered at least 05 years of regular clean service (Level 7 and above) in IIM Kashipur and possess the mentioned qualifications as per the Staff Recruitment and Career Advancement Policy 2021 of IIM Kashipur Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute or Two years Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University / Institute with 8 years of experience in one of the relevant admin areas: –
General Administration/ Academic Administration / Admission / Executive Education / MDP out of which 5 years should be in a supervisory post carrying Level 7 or above.
For Administrative Executive:
The position is open to staff members who have rendered at least 05 years of regular clean service (Level 6 and above) in IIM Kashipur and possess the following qualifications as per the Staff Recruitment and Career Advancement Policy 2021 of IIM Kashipur Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University /Institute or Two years PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in Human Resources Development / Management or Psychology or Sociology or Communication or Education or any other field of the requirement for the Institute, with minimum 7 years experience in one of the relevant admin areas:
General Administration / Academic Administration / Admission / Executive Education / MDP/ Purchase, out of which at least 5 years should be in Level 6 or above or equivalent.
As per the IIM Recruitment notification, the post-wise pay level will be as mentioned below:
1. Candidates selected for the Post of Administrative Officer will be placed at Level 10.
2. The candidate to be appointed for the Position of Administrative Executive will be placed at Level 8.
As per the IIM Recruitment 2023 notification, the applicants are required to submit the signed and duly filled-in form along with all self-attested relevant supporting documents in person on or before 05:30 PM on 23.01.2023 at the address Personnel Department, Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
