The candidates should have the following experience –

• Substantial experience in a broad spectrum of library operations, including E-Resource management, research support services, scholarly communication, library instruction, and digital transformation of library operations and practices.
• Evidence of innovative library services, including integration of ICT in a Library.
• Evidence of integration of library resources and services in teaching, learning and research.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary digital library practices, trends and emerging technologies.

Superintending Engineer –

The candidates should have a BE / BTech with 12 years’ experience of which 07 years as Executive Engineer or equivalent in Level 11 or more.

Deputation –

A person holding an analogous post or having at least 07 years relevant experience in Level 11 at the level of Executive Engineer.

Salary for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2025:

The candidates selected for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2025 will be given a monthly income as listed below according to the posts –

Librarian –

• The candidates selected for the post of Librarian will be given a monthly compensation of Rs.144200 in Academic Level 14 (Rs.144200 – 218200), [with Transport Allowance and DA presently applicable, the gross (excluding HRA) adds up to Rs.231642 p.m.].
• Residential accommodation will be provided at the campus with applicable charges and subject to availability; otherwise, HRA will be paid as per GoI norms.

Superintending Engineer –

• The candidates selected for the post of Superintending Engineer will be given a monthly compensation of Rs.123100 in Pay Level 13 (Rs.123100 – 215900), [with Transport Allowance and DA presently applicable, the gross-excluding HRA- adds up to Rs.199359 p.m.].
• Residential accommodation will be provided at the campus with applicable charges and subject to availability; otherwise, HRA will be paid as per GoI norms.
