Income Tax Department releases utility for E-filing of Form 15CA/CB filled Manually due to Portal Glitches The “Manual” mode of filing is for digitization of manual filed forms as per Press Release dated 20th July 2021 issued from time to time. The users are kindly requested to select the “Manual” mode of filing only for digitization of forms that were filed manually between 7th June 2021 to 15th August 2021 as per Press Release. The taxpayer may read the “proposed date of remittance” fields in Form 15CA and Form 15CB as “Actual date of remittance” where applicable in case remittance has taken place before uploading of manual Form 15CA/CB.
