Income Tax Due Dates Extended amid COVID

Relief to Income Tax Payer are as follows:

  • Time to invest in a residential house for tax deduction extension for more than 3 months.
  • PAN Aadhar Linking Extension of 3 months
  • Vivad se Vishwas Payment without interest – extension by 2 months from 30th June to 31st August
  • TDS Return Filing due filing extended from 30th June 2021 to 15th July
  • Extension for time for assessment and passing penalty orders now given for further 3 months
  • Time Limit for issuing TDS certificates extended from 15th to 31st July
  • Time Limit for Registration of Trust and institutions from 30th June to 31st August
  • Equalization Levy due date extended to 31st July
