Pay Scale under Patna High Court Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale Level-7 (Rs.44900 to 142400) of the Pay Matrix of 7th PRC plus Usual Allowances as admissible under the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and Other Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules 2021 as amended from time to time, in the Establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Patna.

Upper Age Limits for Patna High Court Recruitment 2023:

According to the Patna High Court Recruitment 2023 Notification, any Applicant Candidate for Direct Recruitment to the Post of Assistant must be aged Minimum explained hereunder:

i) The Un-Reserved Candidate should be a Minimum of 18 Years and a Maximum of 37 Years.

ii) The EWS Community Candidate should be a Minimum of 18 Years and a Maximum of 37 Years.

iii) The Un-Reserved Female Candidate belonging to should be a Minimum of 18 Years and a Maximum of 40 Years.

iV) The EWS Community Female Candidate should be a Minimum of 18 Years and a Maximum of 40 Years.

v) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per Government Rules.

Eligibility for Patna High Court Recruitment 2023:

As notified in the Patna High Court Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Interested Candidates, as on 01.01.2023, should have gained the Minimum Qualification and Preferential Qualification as follows:

Minimum Educational Qualification: Essential Qualification/Eligibility Conditions for the Post Assistant as on 01.01.2023:

i) Graduation in any discipline from any duly recognized University/Institution.

ii) Minimum 06 Months’ Course in Computer Application Diploma/Certificate from any Recognised Institution.

Preferential Qualification: The Applicant

i) who has served in the Territorial Army for Minimum 02-Years’ Period; Or

ii) who has obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of Direct Recruitment to the Establishment at the time of Interview.

Selection Criteria for Patna High Court Recruitment 2023:

Selection on Assistant Post in Patna High Court shall be carried out by Assistant Recruitment Examination 2023 consisting of 04 Stages yielding the Final Merit List.

The Assistant Recruitment Examination 2023 shall be conducted in 04 Stages. Stage 1: Preliminary Test (Objective Type) for Maximum 100 Marks; Stage 2: Written Test (Descriptive Type) for Maximum 100 Marks, Stage 3: Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying in nature) and Stage 4: Interview for Maximum 10 Marks.
