Indian Agricultural Research Institute Recruitment 2022: Indian Agricultural Research Institute is an autonomous body responsible for coordinating agricultural education and research in India.  It reports to the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture .They’re currently recruiting people for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). A walk-in interview will be conducted on 27 June, 2022 (Monday) at 10.00 a.m.

Qualification for Indian Agricultural Research Institute Recruitment 2022:

• Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science (i.e. Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Physiology/ Life Sciences) (OR)
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (i.e. Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Plant Physiology/ Bioinformatics) selected through any one of the process described as following:
  a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIRUGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
  b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE. DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR. IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
• Candidates who have experience in molecular markers and or proficiency in bioinformatics tools are desirable.

Age Limit and other conditions for Indian Agricultural Research Institute Recruitment 2022:

• Maximum age is 35 years for men and 40 years for women (relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC candidates as per Govt of India rules).
• The post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis till 10 September, 2022.
• The selected candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project.

Emoluments for Indian Agricultural Research Institute Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidate will be provided with an emolument of Rs.31,000/Month + 24% HRA 

About the Walk-in Interview:

• The interview for eligible candidates will be held on 27 June, 2022 (Monday) at 10.00 AM in Division of Genetics, ICAR-IARI, Pusa Campus, New Delhi-110 012.
• Reporting time for interview: 9.00-10.30 AM at Division of Genetics, ICAR-IARI.
• The candidates need to bring the filled in application form (as per the format annexed), original certificates from matriculation onwards (post-graduate degree certificate either original or provisional) , NET/equivalent certificate, and self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
• All the other candidates are also required compulsorily to furnish the declaration duly signed in the format annexed and submit on the date of interview.
• The candidate has to strictly submit the form annexed (typed/ filled) duly signed on the date of the interview.
