Essential Educational Qualifications for Product Owner (Personal Loans, Home loan and other mortgage loans, Vehicle Loans, Mobile Banking/Internet Banking for Omnichannel Revamp)

Masters or equivalent in management, bachelor or equivalent in IT, technology fields. The candidates must also possess product management certifications. 5+ years of product management experience in PSBs, private sector banks, or NBFCs are also mandatory to apply for the post. The candidate must be experienced in handling personal loans, pension loans, and loans to self-employed individuals. Experience in home loans/assets is also required. 

For Product Owner: Investment Credit (Farm Mechanization, warehouses, etc)

The essential qualifications for the following post include either a graduate degree in Agriculture or related sciences or a postgraduate degree in Agri-Business Management or similar fields.

For Product Owner: Head of Digital Marketing

Candidate must possess a Masters’s degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing, IT, Media, or technology fields. 15+ years of marketing experience is also required to apply for the post.

For Product Owner: Data Analyst, Data Scientist

Bachelor’s degree in Computer/System Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or other engineering fields. Also, the candidate must have 2+ years of experience working with data analytics and visualization.
