As per the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, there are 06 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The educational qualification is different for each post. The selected candidates will get a monthly Remuneration and Perquisites of Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed Salary but linked to the achievement of specific targets. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should be Indian Citizens. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned positions is 63 and 68 years. The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field. The selected candidates will be posted to Ernakulam and Chennai or as decided by the Bank.

Experience Required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
Deputy Vice President – NR Products:
The candidates should have worked in the related area for at least 03 years, the last assignment should not be below the rank equivalent to AGM in any Schedule Commercial Bank.
Vice President – Training, Products and Regulatory Reporting, Assistant Vice President – Training, Products and Regulatory Reporting:
The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience working in the Forex Department or NR Department of any Commercial Bank and hands-on experience in working in the related field for a minimum period of 03 years.
Vice President – NR Business, Assistant Vice President – NR Business:
The candidates should have at least 06 years of experience in working in/ heading NR Centric branches, 03 years of experience in leading large teams in NR Centric locations/areas as Regional Head/ Zonal Head.
Assistant Vice President – Remittance:
The candidates should have minimum experience of working in NR Rupee Remittance vertical of any commercial Bank for at least 06 years, last assignment should not be below the rank equivalent to CM in any Schedule Commercial Bank.
According to the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for a period of 02 years, which may be extendable further depending on the satisfactory performance of the candidates.
The tenure for Assistant Vice President – Remittance post will remain for 01 year, subject to extension after mid-term review after 06 months.
