Post Name and No. of Vacancy for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the given below posts-

1- Office Assistant- 05 (Ranipet -1, Tirupattur -2 and Vellore -2)

2- Attenders- 03 (Ranipet -1, Tirupattur -1 and Vellore -1)

Tenure– The selected candidate will be engaged on contractual basis for a period of three years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once in a year. Such engagement shall come to an end after expiry of period of contract.

Age Limit for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Office Assistant- Candidates between the age of 22 to 30 years can apply for the given posts.

For Attenders- Candidates between the age of 22 to 40 years can apply for the given posts.

Salary for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

Candidates selected for the given posts will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

For Office Assistant-

• Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 120000 which may be revised on an annual basis @ 10% on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA) Actuals subject to minimum of Rs.1000 pm against bills or can claim Rs.500 on declaration basis.
• Leave / non-financial benefits as decided by the Trust from time to time.

For Attenders- 

• Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 8000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
• Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA) – Rs.500/- PM

Qualification for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-

For Office Assistant-

• Shall be a graduate viz., (BSW/ BA/ B.com/ with computer knowledge.
• Knowledge in basic accounting is preferred qualification.
• Experience– Previous experience as Office Assistant is preferred.

For Attenders-

• Matriculation -10th Pass.

Selection Procedure for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview.

Written Test to assess General Knowledge and computer capability.

Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach.
