The candidates should be a Graduate/ Post-graduate in MSW/ MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
The candidates should have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
Technical Skills:
The candidates must have skills in typing in the local language and typing skills in Hindi/ English typing, an added advantage.
Office Assistant:
The candidates should have Graduated with a BSW/ BA/ B.Com/ with computer knowledge and the candidates should have basic knowledge of accounting as a preferred qualification.
Communication Skills:
The candidates should be fluent in spoken and written local language, fluency in Hindi/ English would be an added qualification.
Experience:
The candidates should have previous experience as an Office Assistant.
Technical Skills:
The candidates should be proficient in MS Office (word and Excel), Internet and Tally. Typing Skills in the local language is essential. Typing skills in English would be an added advantage.
As mentioned in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the tenure will be based on a contract period. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended further.
