Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: Indian bank Trust For Rural Development (IBTRD) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Financial Literacy Counsellor. The candidate will be selected on a contract basis. As per the Indian Bank Recruitment notification, there is only one vacancy for this post. The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of 02 years. There is no minimum age limit and the maximum age limit for this post is 68 years.
Financial Literacy or Financial education can broadly be defined as providing familiarity with and understanding of financial market products, especially rewards and risks, in order to make informed choices. Selected candidates will be posted in Financial Literacy Centre Jalaun. Applicants must be fluent in the local language and English. Candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to send the duly filled application to the below-mentioned address on or before the last date. Applicants must be retired employees of financial institutions, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, and commercial Banks. Candidates should be able to handle office utilities like MS Office, typing skill in English is essential, candidate having typing skill in the local language (Hindi) is an added advantage.
Candidates applying for this job role should have served for five years as officers in a bank/financial institution. Candidate should have knowledge of rural banking/latest government schemes. Middle Management Grade Bankers will be given special preference.
There is no minimum age limit for this job role. The maximum age limit for this job post is 68 years.
The Selected candidate for the given post will get a monthly salary of Rs. 15000.
The candidates selected for the post of Financial Literacy Counsellor will be engaged for a 2-year of tenure which can be extendable up to 3 more years up to maximum age of 68 years.
Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their personal communication ability, leadership quality, attitude, problem-solving ability and ability to get along with trainees, development approach, etc. Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability may also be required.
