• The candidate needs to have prior experience taking part in commercial, bidding projects related to renewable energy.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have led financial modelling for renewable energy projects like solar, wind, or battery storage in the past.

Manager-Projects-

• A graduate degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is required of the candidate.

Desirable-

• A master’s degree in renewable energy engineering or an MBA in renewable energy is required of the candidate.

Experience-

• At least five years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including project development, project delivery, and technical services in asset owner organisations for solar, wind, and energy storage, should be included in the candidate’s ten years of qualifying experience in the energy/power sector.

Associate Vice President-Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Development (Renewable Energy)-

• A graduate degree in engineering chartered accounting, finance, or “MBA or PGDM from IIMs (Indian Institute of Management)” is required of the candidate.

Desirable –

• A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification from the CFA Institute in the United States is required of the candidate.

Experience –

• A minimum of ten years of post-qualification experience in corporate merger and acquisition teams, investment banking transaction advisory, merger and acquisition (M&A) deals, or M&A-focused consulting is required of the candidate. At least five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the renewable energy industry should be included in this experience.
