SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: The Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) is searching for suitable and qualified applicants for the position of Advocate for a period of two years. In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the applicants will be chosen based on the requirements and the quantity of applications received. SPMCIL has the right to pick candidates for interaction and appointment. 

Based on the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be engaged for a period of 02 years beginning with the date of empanelment, which may be extended for an additional year if necessary. According to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, passionate and qualified candidates need to fill out the application form in the prescribed format and send it along with all relevant documents to the Deputy General Manager (Legal), Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd. 16th Floor, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi – 110001 on or before the deadline.

Referring to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the post of Advocate for a period of two years. 

Experience for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: 

As mentioned in the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experiences are given below:

For conducting cases in the High Court-

  • The candidates should have 12 years of experience in the respective field for which applied i.e. Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters in the High Court.

For conducting cases in CAT-

  • The candidates should have 10 years of experience in Service matters as practising Advocates in the Central Administrative Tribunal. 

For conducting cases in District courts and other courts/tribunals-

  • The candidates should have 7 years of experience in the respective fields for which applied i.e. Civil, Labour, Service matters or Tax matters as practising Advocates in District Court including other Courts and Tribunals.

Qualification for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, applicants must have the following academic qualifications that must be approved by the recognised institutions.

Essential Qualification-

  • The applicants must have a Degree in Law from a UGC-recognized University.
  • The applicants must be Duly enrolled with the concerned Bar Council.

Desirable Qualification-

  • The candidates should have an LLM from a UGC-recognized University.
  • The candidates should have a Diploma/Certificate Course in Labour Laws.

Tenure for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: 

In order to apply in the official SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 notification, the applicant chosen will be employed for a period of 02 years from the date of empanelment, which may be extended for an additional year (if necessary). The performance of an empanelled Advocate shall be assessed on a regular basis for continued membership in the panel of Advocates.

Relevant Documents for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required documents are mentioned below:

  • Copy of Degree in Law.
  • Copy of Enrollment certificate issued by Bar Council.
  • Copy of identity card issued by Bar Association/Council.
  • Copy of judgments of 10 cases pertaining to the relevant field for which applied.
  • Copy of office order/letter of empanelment issued by other PSUs/Government Bodies etc.

Mode of Selection for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: 

Based on the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will depend upon the requirement and number of applications received, SPMCIL reserves the right to shortlist the candidates to be called for interaction and to be empanelled. The decision of the Competent Authority of SPMCIL regarding shortlisting and selection of the candidates shall be final.

The last date for submitting the application form is within 21 days from the date of publication of the Notice. Any application received after the last date prescribed in the advertisement (i.e. 13/12/2023) shall not be accepted.
