Indian Navy Recruitment 2023: The Indian Navy is inviting applications from unmarried men and women candidates for the post of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Information Technology (Executive Branch). As per the Indian Navy Recruitment notification, there are total 70 vacancies. The candidate should be born between 02 July 1998 to 01 Jan 2004.
Candidates will be selected through a shortlisting process and an SSB Interview. The appointed candidate will be on a probation period of 02 years. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned must apply online before the last date. The online application will start on 21.01.2023 and the last date to apply for this job post is 05.02.2023.

Candidates applying for the post of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Information Technology (Executive Branch) must have a minimum of 60% marks in English in class X or XII and one of the undermentioned educational qualifications with a minimum of 60% overall qualifying marks, in an either or a combination of the following:-
MSc/ BE/ B Tech/ M Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology/ Software Systems/ Cyber Security/ System Administration & Networking/ Computer Systems & Networking/ Data Analytics/ Artificial Intelligence), OR
MCA with BCA/BSc (Computer Science/ Information Technology).
Candidate applying for the post of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Information Technology (Executive Branch) should have been born between 02 July 1998 to 01 Jan 2004.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 10 years which can be extendable by 04 years in 02 terms (02+02 years). The selected candidates will be on a probation period of 02 years.
