Indian Navy Recruitment 2023: The Indian Navy is accepting applications from eligible and suitable candidates for the post of Apprenticeship Training at Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam, [DAS (Vzg)]. As per the official notification of Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, there are 275 openings to be filled for the given post. The selected candidates will be assigned for a training period of 01 year. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Selection Process.
Candidates who have done SSC/Matric/Std X and ITI (NCVT/SCVT) to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023. Candidate should have a minimum age of 14 years and for hazardous occupations, it is 18 years to apply for the given post. In order to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, candidates who meet eligible requirements have to submit their application online through the mentioned link in the official notification and send the printout of the same application form along with the supporting documents to The Officer-in-Charge (for Apprenticeship), Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, VM Naval Base S.O., P.O., Visakhapatnam – 530 014, Andhra Pradesh on or before the deadline. The chosen candidates for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a training period of 01 year, in accordance with Apprentices Act 1961. The place of posting will be the Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam, [DAS (Vzg)].
The selection of Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a written examination and interview. The OMR-based written examination comprises 50 Multiple Choice Questions (Mathematics 20, General Science 20, General Knowledge 10) in the English language with each question carrying one and a half (1½) marks would be conducted for a duration of one hour at DAS (Vzg) campus. Candidates in the order of merit of written examination would be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:2 against existing vacancies in each trade and category.
