IOB Recruitment 2024: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) is recruiting eligible aspirants to fill out the post of Clerical and Officer Cadre in JMG Scale I under Basketball, Hockey, Volleyball and Cricket Discipline under Sports Quota. As mentioned in the Official notification of IOB Recruitment 2024, there are 16 vacancies. The selection process will comprise of 3 stages; Screening of applications, Conduct of Selection trials, and Conduct of Interviews (for officer cadre only). Candidates should have cleared XII standard examination or equivalent as the case may be. SC/ST applicants will have to pay a non-refundable application fee/intimation fee of Rs 100 including GST, while all others will have to pay Rs 750 including GST.
According to the official notification of IOB Recruitment 2024, Candidates will be posted in the Chennai centre only as long as they play for the Bank’s team. However, as per the requirement of the Bank reserves the right to transfer anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the Bank and as per its exigencies, to any of the Bank’s Branches/ Offices, anywhere in India from time to time and such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Bank. Following the official notification of IOB Recruitment 2024, the minimum age limit should not be less than 18 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 26 years. Selected applicants need to serve a Probation period of 02 years in case of recruitment as Officers in JMG Scale I and for a period of 6 Months, in case of recruitment as Clerks.
