IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for energetic and dedicated executives with bright academic record for the posts of Corporate Communication, Human Resource and Marketing. In accordance with the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, candidates who have appeared in the examination of UGC-NET June 2023 cycle from any one of the disciplines are eligible to apply. According to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of UGC-NET, interview, group discussion and written proficiency test. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course. The maximum age limit is 28 years.
As given in the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 50000. Candidates willing to work anywhere in India can apply. In accordance with the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Corporate Communication, Human Resource and Marketing.
The applied candidates will be posted depending upon the requirements of the Corporation, selected candidates can be posted to any place in India or any Section/Plant/Unit/Department/Division of the Corporation or Establishment including in any other Associate Subsidiary/ Group Company / Joint Venture companies of the Corporation, including overseas offices at the discretion of the Management without detrimental to the emoluments or in any other discipline/role as per organization requirement.
According to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for General/EWS category candidates is 28 years.
As given in the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 50000.
In addition, the selected candidates will also receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules of the Corporation in force, and as amended from time to time.

Candidates applying for IOCL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Corporate Communications- Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations:
For Human Resources- MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations:
For Marketing Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.
Candidates must have the given below experience to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2023.
For Corporate Communications- Minimum Two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/ Journalism and/ or related field of work.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of UGC-NET, interview, group discussion and written proficiency test. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course.
