IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting applications from retired Police Officers for the post of Security Chief on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year which can be extended. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post. In accordance to the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 60000.
The applied candidate will be posted in Northern Region Pipelines, Bijwasan, Delhi. The shortlisted candidates may be called for the interview which will be held on 24th February 2023. As given in the notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can fill out the application form given in the official notification and send their duly filled-in application form to the Senior Human Resource Manager, Northern Region Pipelines, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Village Baholi, P.O. The appointment is made on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year, which may be extended in spells of maximum 1 year, upto 3 years depending upon the requirement and performance.
As per the official notification of IOCL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given Rs. 60000 per month.
Increment may be given @ 3% per annum as per performance. In case of re-engagement last drawn pay may be protected.
Additionally, vehicle for Pipeline patrolling for liaison with authorities and other official jobs, mobile facility, TA/DA for outstation visits as admissible shall be provided on need basis.
The incumbent should have retired from Police services on or after 28.02.2019 from the state of Delhi/Uttar Pradesh/Rajasthan in the rank of Dy SP/DIG or equivalent in the Central and state Governments. Incumbent should have a clean service record and fitness of high order. Preference will be given to candidates having legal background, experience of working in intelligence/crime control / petroleum sector/pipeline industry.
