Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the Customer’s Hero: From Vision to Happy Users
• Become their trusted advisor: Understand their needs, recommend best practices, and design powerful end to end solutions using SAP Concur. You’ll also lead fit-to-standard workshops to guide them towards industry-leading options that fit them perfectly. Then, you’ll make sure the implementation goes smoothly based on those decisions.
• Partner with sales to win: Work with the sales team to create winning proposals and demos that show the amazing value of SAP Concur. You’ll craft convincing service proposals and estimates to close the deal.
• Master of project execution: You’ll oversee all aspects of the project, from getting started and planning to execution and successful completion. This includes making sure deadlines are met, budgets are followed, risks are managed, and everyone involved is kept in the loop.
• Deliver high-impact results: You’ll lead important meetings for high-profile projects, building strong relationships with sponsors and company leaders. You’ll also guide project team to achieve successful, on-time rollouts that get users excited and using the new system.
• Champion Smooth Transitions: You’ll support clients through any changes and provide extra care after launch. You’ll equip their team leaders with the knowledge to train their own teams effectively.
• Stay sharp: You’ll constantly learn about the latest SAP Concur features to keep improving solutions and drive ongoing success for clients.

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of experience leading product implementations at professional services companies.
• A strong desire to help clients succeed, with a positive attitude and a focus on building strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable processes, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience working with top clients in India is a benefit.
• A proven track record of success in applying analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Educational Background: BE/BTech/MCA/MBA/CA
