Essential Qualifications for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

In order to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2024, candidates should have the following qualifications for the mentioned posts:

For Technician Apprentice-Mechanical Trade:

• Candidates should have 3 years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in any of the following disciplines of Engineering from a Govt. recognized institute/ University:
  i) Mechanical Engineering
  ii) Automobile Engineering.

For Trade Apprentice (AssistantHuman Resource):

• Candidates should have a full-time Bachelors degree (Graduation) from a government-recognized institute or university.

For Domestic Data Entry Operator(Skill Certificate Holders):

• Candidates should have a Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of „Domestic Data Entry Operator‟ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognised under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognised by the Central Govt.

Age Limit for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the minimum and maximum age limit of the candidates are 18 years and 24 years as on 12.01.2024.

Tenure for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

As informed by the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the duration of the appointment is mentioned below:

• For Technician Apprentice (Elect/Mech/T&I): 12 months
• For Trade Apprentices (Assistant HR/Accountant): 12 months
• For Data Entry Operator and Domestic Data Entry Operator: 12 months.

Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. The details of the written test are given below:

For Technician Apprentices:

• Of the total 100 objective-type questions, about 75 questions shall be from the concerned discipline of Diploma level and about 25 questions on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge, etc.

For Trade Apprentices (Accountant):

• Of the total 100 objective-type questions, about 75 questions shall be from general accounts, commerce, and finance, and about 25 questions on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude general knowledge, etc.

For Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource):

• The total 100 objective-type questions shall be on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical aptitude, general knowledge and awareness, etc.

For Data Entry operators Domestic Data Entry Operator:

• The total 100 objective-type questions shall be on general aptitude and Reasoning, General English, numerical aptitude, general knowledge, and awareness, etc., at the Class 12 level.
