IOL Recruitment 2023: India Optel Limited (IOL) is under the Ministry of Defence, The Government of India invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of Young Professional (HR and Marketing) and Junior Project Executive (Engineer, Optics Manufacturing and Thin Film Coating). As per the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Young Professionals is 35 years and for Junior Project Executives is 40 years. There are a total of 12 vacancies for the given posts. As given in the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 65000.
According to the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, the place of posting will be Dehradun. However, may be deputed for Official Work to any of the units of IOL/Govt. Offices Departments/Departments/Institutions/Firms/Labs. The appointment is made on a fixed-term basis for a maximum period of 03 years. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form in the prescribed format given on the official website and send their duly filled-in application form by post to Works Manager (HR), India Optel Limited, OFIL Campus, Raipur, Dehradun-248008 (Uttarakhand). In addition to hard copy of the application sent by speed post/courier, an advance scanned copy of the application form along with the enclosures (in Pdf only) is to be sent through email to [email protected]. The closing date of submission of the application form is within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the employment news.

Candidates applying IOL Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications.
Junior Project Executive (Optics Manufacturing) and Junior Project Executive (Thin Film Coating)- M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities / Institutions recognised by the Government.
Junior Project Executive (Engineer)- First Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering & Technology (Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics), awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.
Young Professional (Marketing)- First Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA/PG Diploma in Management of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognized by the Government.
Young Professional (HR)- First Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA in HR/PG Diploma in HR of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognized by the Government.
As given in the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 65000.
Young Professional (HR and Marketing)- The selected candidate for the above mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 65000.
Junior Project Executive (Engineer, Optics Manufacturing and Thin Film Coating)- The selected candidate for the above mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 50000.
