The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 610 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) offer by the company's proprietors and promoter group companies to sell up to 65.51 lakh equity shares. Vimla Tyagi will sell 37.43 lakh equity shares, Prem Narayan Tyagi will sell 20.21 lakh equity shares, and Neena Tyagi will sell 7.87 lakh equity shares. A pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 122 crore may also be considered by the company. The net proceeds will be used to repay or prepay in full or in part certain borrowings taken out by the company and its subsidiaries, as well as to support capital expenditure expenses, among other things. The funds will be used to fund inorganic growth activities such as acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, as well as for general business objectives. The corporation owns and maintains three super specialty hospitals in Delhi-NCR, as well as a hospital in Madhya Pradesh.
