To be eligible for applying to IPPB Recruitment 2025, the required qualifications and experience are given below-

For DGM-Finance/CFO and General Manager -Finance/CFO-

• The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

Note-

1. CAIIB Certification is preferred.
2. MBA (Finance) from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ International University of repute (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body, is preferred.
3. CFA Certification from the CFA Institute is preferred.

Post Qualification Work Experience (for the candidates applying for Scale VI)-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks/ large Corporations/ PSUs/Financial Institutions/ Financial Services Organizations, of which 10 Years should be in banks/ Financial Institutions of which 05 years should be at senior management level.

Post-Qualification Work Experience (for the candidates applying for Scale VII):

• The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in the Finance domain. (of which)

• Minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks/ large Corporations/ PSUs/Financial Institutions/ Financial Services Organizations, of which 10 Years should be in banks/ Financial Institutions of which 05 years should be at senior management level.

For Assistant General Manager (Program/ Vendor Management)-

• The candidate should have a B.E./B. Tech/MCA/Postgraduate in IT/Management.

Experience-

• The candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Banks/Financial Sector/Vendor Management. (of which)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management of IT domain in banking/financial services is mandatory at senior management level.

For Senior Manager (Products and solutions) –

• The candidate should be any graduate with an MBA (02 years) or equivalent.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum 06 years of experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution dealing with direct Product Management / Development role Processes, Policies and SOPs related to Retail/Digital Banking products like Card Issuance, Acquiring and/or payment products like UPI, AePS, BBPS and Remittances.
• The candidate should be conversant with industry-grade use cases and must have handled Fintech alliances.
• Preference will be given to candidates having direct exposure/work experience in Banks/Payments networks such as NPCI, MasterCard and  Visa managing the above-mentioned products.

For Senior Manager (Information System Auditor)-

• The candidate should have a BSc. in Electronics, Computer Science and Information Technology. OR
• B.Tech /B.E- Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science. OR
• MSc. Electronics, Applied Electronics.
• Compulsory Certifications: CISA

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in IS Audit in the banking or Electronic Payment Services industry is mandatory.
• The candidate should have experience in Cyber Security. Ethical Hacking is preferred Desired Certifications- CISSP/CISM/CEH.

Desired Key Skills-

• The candidate should have experience in conducting tools-based Audits for Application and IT infrastructure including but not limited to Vulnerability testing, Penetration Testing, Source Code Testing, Red team attacks etc. Hands-on experience on Audit tools like Nessus, Metasploit, NMap etc.
