IRCON Recruitment 2023: IRCON International Limited has released notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Chief General Manager/ General Manager/ Electrical on a deputation basis of 3 years. Selected candidates will be posted in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) and Siliguri (West Bengal). According to the official notification released by IRCON Recruitment 2023, there are total 02 vacancies for this post.
The Ministry of Railways has conveyed their approval for the continuance of Railway Officers on deputation on the exemption from the rule of immediate absorption to IRCON for a period of three years w.e.f. 31.08.2020 vide their letter No.2008/PL/45/4 (pt.), dated 09.03.2021 & No.2020/PL/44/14, dated 29.11.2021. The upper age limit for SAG-level applicants is 58 years and for those Below SAR level the age limit is 56 years.
The last date to apply for this job is 25.01.2023.

The selected candidate will be appointed for 03 years which can be further extended upto 5 years.

For NFHAG Officer – CGM level
Rs.182200-224100/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 15).
For SAG/NFSAG Officer – CGM level
Rs.144200-218200/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 14).
For SG Officer – GM level
Rs.123100-215900/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 13)
IRSEE Officers working in NFHAG/ SAG/NFSAG/SG scale with experience in construction/ maintenance of sub-station, electrical general service, and Railway Electrification are eligible to apply for this job. The job requirement will include the preparation of bids and tenders and execution of projects at various project sites, dealing with various Contractors, Suppliers, local authorities, and officials of Clients/ Consultants. Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field. The number of years of experience and the nature of the officer’s experience in the specific area as per the requirement will be considered. The officer should have good communication skills. Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.
The upper age limit for SAG level applicants is 58 years, and for the Below SAG level, the age limit is 56 years.
