IRCTC Recruitment 2023: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has released a notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Hospitality Monitors and Tourism Monitors on a contract basis. As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 48 vacancies. Selected candidates for the post of Hospitality Monitors will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 01 more years and the candidates selected for the post of Tourism Monitors will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 35000. Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years. Hospitality Monitors
Candidates should have Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a Central or State Institute of Hotel Management ( CIHM/SIHM/PIHM) affiliated with the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHM&CT)/ UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India. Candidates should have BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism. Candidates should have B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government recognized Universities affiliated to UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India/ State Government. Candidates should have M.B.A (Tourism and Hotel Management) from Government recognized Universities affiliated UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India/ State Government.
Tourism Monitors
Candidates should have 3-Years Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a 3-Years bachelor’s degree in any stream + a 1-year diploma in Travel & Tourism OR the candidates should have a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in any stream + 2-year Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism.

Hospitality Monitors
Candidates should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
Tourism Monitors
Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Tourism should have a Minimum 01 year of working experience in Tour Operation / Travel Agency Firms OR candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream should have Minimum 02 years of working experience in Tour Operation / Travel Agency Firms.
As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years.
As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Hospitality Monitors will get a monthly salary of Rs. 3000 and the candidates selected for the post of Tourism Monitors will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 30000 to Rs. 35000.
Selected candidates for the post of Hospitality Monitors will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 01 more year and the candidates selected for the post of Tourism Monitors will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
