ISRO Recruitment 2024: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is seeking interested and engrossed candidates for the post of Research Scientist (RS), Project Scientist, Project Scientist, Project Associate-I, Project Associate-II and Junior Research Fellow (JRF). As mentioned in the official notification of ISRO Recruitment 2024, there are 71 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below). The selected candidates will get a monthly salary starting from Rs.31000 to Rs.56100 according to the posts mentioned below. Only passed-out candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates waiting for the final result need not apply. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is different according to the posts and categories.
According to the official notification of ISRO Recruitment 2024, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews conducted by the committee. The tenure will be purely on a temporary basis initially for a period of 01 year and may be extended further depending on the candidate’s performance and the committee’s requirements. As mentioned in the official notification of ISRO Recruitment 2024, interested and eligible candidates can apply online by filling out the application form available on the official website of ISRO and submitting it to the same. The candidates have to attach all the relevant documents as mentioned in the official notification along with their duly filled application form. Research Scientist (RS 10):
The candidates should have an M.Sc in Geology/ Applied Geology or equivalent Specialization with a B.Sc having Physics/ Mathematics/ Geology as a compulsory subject.
Research Scientist (RS 11):
The candidates should have an M.E/ M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS/ Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization With a B.E./ B.Tech in any branch of Engineering.
Research Scientist (RS 12):
The candidates should have an M.E/ M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS/ Geoinformatics or an equivalent Specialization With a B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering.
Research Scientist (RS 13):
The candidates should have an M.E/ M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS/ Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization With a B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization.
Research Scientist (RS 14):
The candidates should have an M.E/ M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS/ Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization With a B.Sc in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Horticulture (4 years degree).
