IT Department issues Clarification on Form 10CCB To avoid errors in form filing and verification, the Income Tax Department has published a Clarification on Form 10CCB. From the "My CA" functionality, assign Form 10CCB to the appropriate Chartered Accountant(CA). Taxpayers can accept or reject the Form 10CCB once CA has successfully submitted it using the "Worklist" functionality. If a CA is required to file numerous forms for the same Assessment Year, taxpayers must assign each form to the same CA using the "My CA" option once again. Only when no forms are active for action by either the CA or the taxpayer can the assignment take place. If a taxpayer needs to allocate Form 10CCB to multiple CAs for the same Assessment Year, the taxpayer must use the "My CA" option to assign the form to a new CA.
