IT Department search operation at Kalsi Brothers’ premises Income tax officials from New Delhi raided three premises of the Kalsi brothers, owners of Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited, in Hinoo, Ranchi, on Wednesday in connection with tax evasion. The IT sleuths arrived at the location about 6.30 a.m. in six automobiles and ran the operation all day. Paramilitary soldiers kept guard and stopped others from entering the premises during the operation. The private guards of the buildings were also kept on alert. All of the nearby buildings, including one elite preparatory school, Springdales, were searched. Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited operates in a variety of industries in the country, including building construction, wholesale, bridge construction, and real estate.
