Drive Talent Acquisition for Central functions & Manufacturing Units
Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, job intake, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interviews, offer process, and onboarding for acquiring talent for mid/senior level positions
Engage with Line managers and Business leaders and make the best talent available within defined timelines and budget
Lead hiring efforts and pipeline development through alternate hiring strategies
Proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation levels, etc. And keep the hiring manager abreast of critical market developments
Team Management
Address any key performance issues, and take appropriate performance management measures
Provide coaching and development for the team.
Should have 6+ years – of experience in Talent Acquisition
MBA in HR would be preferred
Should have worked for TA in a Manufacturing set-up.
Good communication skills, both, written and oral, and should be proficient in making business presentations.
Ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders and show agility in a dynamic environment
High ownership for one’s own and team’s work & deliverables
High Process orientation – ability to create and lead high-quality HR processes & SOPs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization, and attention to detail
