ITR Filing utility updated on Income Tax Portal: Has ITR Forms for AY 25-26 released:
The Income Tax Department has again updated Offline Utility for filing ITR 1, ITR 2, ITR 3 and ITR 4 and Offline Utility for ITR 5, ITR 6 and ITR 7.
Offline Utility for filing ITR Updated

Apr 25, 2025The Income Tax Department has again updated the Common Offline Utility for filing Income-tax Returns ITR 1, ITR 2, ITR 3 and ITR 4 and Offline Utility for ITR 5, ITR 6 and ITR 7.
Date of release of latest version of utility is 25-Apr-2025. However, ITR forms for AY 25-26 have not been released yet. The update is for ITR forms for the AY 2024-25.
The Income Tax Department will soon open its online portal for filing the income tax return for all taxpayers. No official announcement has been made on this topic yet.
The deadline for filing the ITR for Non-Audit cases is July 31, 2025.
