JKPSC Recruitment 2022: Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) is hiring candidates to fill the position of Prosecuting Officer. This position has 120 openings in the J&K Home Department. The maximum age range is 40-42 years. The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Law degree from an Indian law university. Candidates must apply online through the Commission’s website, http://www.jkpsc.nic.in. Other modes of application will not be accepted. Candidates must first visit the JKPSC website at www.jkpsc.nic.in and click on the link “One Time Registration” or the Login menu if they have already created an account with the JK PSC. The Last  date of submission of application was 08.11.2022. The application submission deadline extended to 11.11.2022.

The applicant must be a resident of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. On the last date for submitting the online application form, the candidate must have the Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format.

After successfully submitting the online application form, the candidate will be required to pay the required fee online. The following is the fee that must be paid:

1. General Category: Rs1000

2. Reserved Category: Rs500

3. PHC Candidates: Nil

1. Birth certificate (secondary school/matriculation certificate)

2. UT of J&K Domicile Certificate

3. Bachelor’s Degree with consolidated Marks Card (s) for the last 05 years

How To Apply for JKPSC Recruitment 2022

a) Candidates must apply online through the Commission’s website, http://www.jkpsc.nic.in. Other modes of application will not be accepted.

b) Candidates must first visit the JKPSC website at www.jkpsc.nic.in and click on the link “One Time Registration” or the Login menu if they have already created an account with the JK PSC.

c) After logging into your account, candidates must fill out all of the One Time Registration (OTR) fields, such as personal information, contact information, educational qualification, service details, and so on.

The candidate must also upload an image of a date-stamped recent passport-size color photograph and signature. The photograph should not be taken before January 1, 2022.

e) The photo (passport size) and signature must be between 10kB and 20kB in jpeg or jpg format only.

f) After successfully submitting all your information in your OTR account, review the eligibility requirements outlined in the advertisement notification before applying for the position.

When you click the “show examination” button, a window will appear on your computer screen. Choose the month of the advertisement notification for which you want to apply, and a link(s) to the job(s) will appear on your computer screen.

h) An “APPLY” button is displayed next to each post, and candidates will click on the APPLY button next to the post for which they are qualified.

Note: Candidates who have successfully submitted the online application form and the required fee will be permitted to edit some of the fields in their submitted online application form within three days of the cut-off date, i.e. between 06.11.2022 and 08.11.2022. In this regard, detailed instructions will be made available on the website.
