For Executive Director (Civil) and General Manager (Project Coordination)- Candidates should hold an Engineering Degree in Civil from a recognized university.
For Executive Director (Signaling and Telecommunication)- Candidates should hold an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from a recognized university.

For General Manager (Project Coordination)- Candidate must have a total experience of 12 years in Indian Railways or its subsidiary/sister concerns, Metro Rail Corporations or any other Department/PSU/Board/Organisation of Government of India/ State Governments, preferably with an experience of 2 years in Metro Rail Project and Candidate should be working in equivalent and/or Immediate lower Level in the Pay Matrix for a total minimum period of 5 years.
For Executive Director- the Candidate must have a total experience of 14 years in Indian Railways or its subsidiary/sister concerns, Metro Rail Corporations or any other Department/PSU/Board/Organisation of Government of India/ State Governments, preferably with experience of 2 years in Metro Rail Project and Candidate should be working in equivalent and/or Immediate lower Level in the Pay Matrix for a total minimum period of 5 years.
