Overview:

JLL is hiring an experienced Senior Finance Analyst – Treasury CoE at their Gurugram location. You will process requests to obtain information from banking institutions Process wire transfers from Jones Lang LaSalle banks, as needed.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the Legal Bank listing
• Assist in maintaining bank files
• Customer service for internal staff and clients
• Assist clients/staff on bank services
• Resolve issues
• Answer questions
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
• Performing various other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
• Partner with site staff and accountant as necessary to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients.
• Work independently to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bank and/or Treasury Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Application like Excel outlook
• The ability to work in a team and individually
• Good attention to detail, and organized
• Time management
• Work under pressure and to deadlines
• Confident individual
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to accept responsibility.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change.
