Overview:

Volvo is hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant at their Bangalore location. This role is within our Digital Finance team, which has the goal to provide effective and correct financial transactions and contract management for Volvo Cars and our customers. You will be part of the Corporate cluster with the goal to support and develop the Finance system landscape to secure Closings with a minimum of disturbance.

What will you be doing:

Driving architecture within the Corporate cluster

Ensuring realization of solutions in accordance with operational requirements

Creating a stable solution architecture that realizes the system’s functional requirements and quality attributes

Ensuring that architectural principles are followed

Ensuring that technical solutions are supporting the roadmap for each product team

Driving and establishing a future proof architecture based on our architecture principles

Part of modernization effort – Technology evaluation, Technology upgradation, Cloud transformation

Closely collaborate with other technical experts as well as with our stakeholders.

Qualifications for this Job:

5+ years of experience in SAP with FICO as the primary competence area and working knowledge of other SAP modules . Expertise in CONTROLLING .

Certified in S4 HANA and 3+ years working with S4 HANA implementation projects

Hands on experience in implementing at least 2 Full cycle SAP implementation projects

Worked in highly customized SAP End to End Implementation project from Realization, Cutover activities to Go-Live & Support

Good knowledge & working experience in FI modules of AP, AR, AM, Payment interfaces, Invoice Interfaces, Bank Reconciliation Interfaces, CO –COPA – Marginal Analysis, CCA and Central Finance

In-depth understanding of business processes related to finance with integration of other modules and business functions such as Month-end processing for FI & CO, Year-end processing tasks

Process and technology expertise to work with transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA

University degree in business administration, data science, engineering or similar
