Overview:

Groww is hiring an experienced National Collections Manager. You will develop and implement collection tactics to maximize recovery rates while reducing losses for unsecured loans and lead, guide, and support a team of collection managers, RCM, ZCM across multiple locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Evaluate current collections processes and performance metrics nationally, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Monitor collections performance nationally against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate  with cross-functional teams from risk management, operations, and product development to minimize credit risk and continuously enhance collection tactics.
• Ensure compliance and efficacy by staying up to date on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in collections management. Make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and implement collection systems and tools nationally to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing data analytics and technology-driven solutions to improve decision-making.

Job Requirement

• Should have relevant experiences of managing Unsecured Portfolio at a National role in the past.
• Strong follow up and recovery mindset, design and review logics of field follow up for the portfolio managed towards achievement of target set
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders
