Karnataka Disaster Management has allowed CA office to open with 50% capacity

The Karnataka Disaster Management issued a order dated 07th Jan 2022 to permit Chartered Accountant Firm to open office with 50% Capacity. Movements of Chartered Accountants and their staff is permitted on producing valid ID Card issued by their respective offices.

In continuation with the Government Orders No. RD 158 TNR 2020, dated 04-01-2022, 06-01-2022, and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 24 (1) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the undersigned, in the capacity of Chairman, State Executive Committee, hereby issues partial modification to the aforementioned orders, as below, for strict implementation by the Chief Commissioner BBMP. Police Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Superintendents of Police of the districts, and other Heads of Departments and Authorities.

Addendum to the Guidelines for weekend curfew

  • It is clarified that Offices/Firms of Chartered Accountants are permitted to function with 50% of their staff strength during weekends strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour. Movement of Chartered Accountants and their staff is permitted on producing valid ID card issued by their respective offices.
