The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department has extended the Flood Cess Annual Return till April 30, 2022, vide Notification No.2/2022-(STATE TAX) dated 17th March 2022.
The Notification is Given Below:
In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to rule 6 of the Kerala Flood Cess Rules, 2019, the Commissioner of State Tax, hereby makes the following amendments in notification No. 1/2022-State Tax dated the 25th February 2022, namely:–
In the said notification, in the third paragraph, for the words and figures “15th of March, 2022”, the words and figures “30th day of April, 2022” shall be substituted.
