As per the official notification of KPSC recruitment 2023, KPSC is hiring candidates for the post of Assistant Scientist. There are a total of 12 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for KPSC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates between the age of 18 to 36 years can apply for the given post.

• Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.
• Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

Qualification for KPSC Recruitment 2023:

A second-class Master’s Degree with 50% marks in any branches of Chemistry/ Environmental Science/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences from a UGC-recognized university.

Medical Fitness as below-

• Ear- Hearing should be perfect.
• Eye- Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen with or without correction.
• Near Vision- 0.5 Snellen with or without correction.
• Color Vision- Normal.
• Night Blindness- Nil.
• Muscles and joints- No paralysis and all joints with free movements.

Selection Procedure for KPSC Recruitment 2023:

If a written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection candidates possessing requisite qualifications shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One-Time Registration profiles. Candidates can generate and download the Admission Tickets within the last 15 days till the date of the Test. The application of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected. All the details will be intimated on the registered mobile number.
