Pay Scale Levels under JKPSC Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale Levels: The Candidates post-Selection and on Appointment shall be entitled to the following Pay Scales both in Government Medical College, Udhampur:

i) Level 11: (Rs. 6700 to Rs. 208700) for Posts 01 and 29

ii) Level 09: (Rs. 52700 to Rs. 166700) for Posts 30 and 33

ii) Level 08: (Rs. 47800 to Rs. 151100) for Posts 35 and 36

Age Limits for JKPSC Recruitment 2023:

i) The Open Category Candidates (as on 01.01.2022) should not exceed 40 Years. The Applicant should have neither born before 01.01.1982 nor after 01.01.2004.

ii) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for EWS, RBA, SC, ST, ALC/IB Candidates up to 43 Year. The Candidate should have neither born before 01.01.1979 nor after 01.01.20204.

iii) The Upper Age Limits for In-Service Candidates is 45 Years. The Candidate should have neither born before 01.01.1977 nor after 01.01.2004.

The Candidate

For Posts 01 to 17 and 19 to 33: should have have Master’s Degree; viz., MS / MD / DNB / MBBS / Ph.D. in the disciplined concerned from any any of the National Medical Commission (NMC) / University Grants Commission accredited Institute.

For Post 18: should have a Master in Arts/Master in Science in Psychology with Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology Or M.A./Science in Psychology with a Clinical Psychologist Certification.

For Post 34: should have B.Sc./M.Sc. or Equivalent with 01 Year Course of Medical Record Officer or Keeper from any Accredited Institute with 02-Years’ Experience in organizing and maintaining Medical Records in any Hospital or Medical Institution.

For Post 35: have Master in Library Science (M.L.Sc.)

For Post 36: have MBBS from any any of the National Medical Commission (NMC) accredited Institute.

Desirable Experience: For Posts 01- 33:

Minimum 02 Years’ Experience in Teaching/Research as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor/Senior Resident in the Discipline Concerned.

Selection Criteria for JKPSC Recruitment 2023:

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission shall notify the Selection Criteria in due course of time as also mentioned in the JKPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Candidates post Successful Online Application Process, shall have to pay the Requisite Application / Examination Fee as hereunder:

i) Un-Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only)

ii) Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only)
