KRCL is accepting applications from skilled candidates for the position of Sr. Technical Assistant, Project Engineer + Project Engineer (Tender & Proposal), CAD/ Draftsman and Assistant Engineer/Contract. There are 11 vacancies available for the aforesaid position, as per the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2024.

Required Qualification and Experience for KRCL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2024, the required qualification and experience are listed below:

For Senior Technical Assistant –

• The candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from recognized (AICTE) university with knowledge of Auto CAD.
• The candidate should have work experience minimum 5 years’ experience in Supervision of construction of Civil Engineering works in Highways/Railways / Metros preferably of bridges in a Railway/CPWD/NHAI/PSU/ Reputed Listed Private Company. This shall be inclusive of: -The candidate should 3 years are in Railway or Metro Projects which includes construction of bridges and QA/QC activities for inspection of fabrication/ launching of bridges in Railway, Metro and Road projects or a minimum three years’ experience in execution of FOB/ROB having Steel superstructure.
• The candidate should be ability to understand the working drawings and prepare WPS, execution methodologies for bridge construction including fabrication and related procedures involved in welding / fabrication of heavy structural steel.
• The candidate should have satisfactorily completed at least two ROB or FOB works on running line which includes fabrication, erection and launching of girder over a running Over Head Electric (OHE) Traction Railway line.

For Project Engineer-

• The candidate should have be Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent with not less than 60% marks from recognized
  (AICTE) university. Proficiency in Auto CAD is preferable.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervision of the construction of Civil Engineering Projects, specifically in Buildings, Highways, Railways and Metros, preferably in a Railway/PSU or reputed Private Company. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the following fields:
• At least three years of experience in Railway or Metro Projects.
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• The candidate should have experience in the construction/supervision of at least two ROB works over a running Head Electric (OHE) Traction Railway line.
• Relaxation will be given in case of a suitable/deserving candidate.

For CAD/Draftsman-

• The candidate should have an ITI/Diploma (Civil Engineering) from a recognised Board/ Institute/ University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Experience–

• The candidate should have Minimum 08-years of experience as an ITI (Civil Draughtsman) holder or 06-years of experience for
  Diploma holder (Civil Engg.) in Preparation of RCC & Structural Steel/fabrication drawings for Buildings/Bridges/Viaducts/Elevated Stations through the latest related software like TEKLA / AUTOCAD / BOCAD etc.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in the preparation of steel fabrication drawings of bridges/structures. Relaxation will be given in case of a suitable/deserving candidate.

Tenure for KRCL Recruitment 2024:

In order to KRCL Recruitment 2024, the tenure is indicated below:

• The selected candidates will be initially appointed for a period of 01 year.

Job Location for KRCL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be assigned to work in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat / Madhya Pradesh.

Salary for KRCL Recruitment 2024:

As informed by the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2024, the salary is given below:

For Sr. Technical Assistant-

• The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.44900.

For Project Engineer + Project Engineer (Tender and Proposal)-

• The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.44900.

For CAD/ Draftsman –

• The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.35500.

For Assistant Engineer/Contract-

• The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.56100.

Age Limit for KRCL Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of KRCL Recruitment 2024, the age limit is listed below:

• The candidates’ age should be between 35 years to 45 years.

For Sr. Technical Assistant –

• The candidate’s upper age limit should be 35 years

For Project Engineer(Tenders & Proposal) and Project Engineer-

• The candidate’s upper age limit should be 40 years

For CAD/Draftsman and Assistant Engineer/Contract-

• The candidate’s upper age limit should be 45 years.
