List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin of Foreign Trade Policy The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide Public Notice No. 05/2015-20 dated 29th April 2022 notifies List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin of Foreign Trade Policy. The Public Notice is Given Below: F. No. 01/93/180/57/AM-21/PC-2(B)/e- 26550.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Appendix 2B [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (CoO) (Preferential)] of the FTP by including the list of authorised agencies allowed to issue CoO for India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), as under: 2.
